£80,000 + black mercs, bmw's and 4x4's on every street corner...

Another observation we found weird and bizarre in Lithiania was... the amount of top of the range cars on every street corner. I dont mean your standard mercs and bmw's I'm talking about the seriously top of the range models everywhere, the cities, the subburbs etc
and another thing they were all black with dark tinted windows.
Have you noticed we are now seeing them here! check the reg plates.... who are these people?
