The International Cultural Forum is very keen to build working partnerships with service providers statutory and non statutory.
We know that many service providers are inundated with enquiries from international and migrant communities at the same time trying to provide an adequate and
quality service to the rest of the population. The International Cultural Forum can help save your organisations resources by taking the innitial burden away from you.
We would be more than happy to become a working partner with you. All enquiries from the international and migrant community would then be first sign posted to us at the ICf. With our experience with the international and migrant community and with your brief we can carry out the neccassary innitial consultation and back ground work more effectively, before sending the client back to you.

We believe this will avoid wasting valuable resources, frustration and delays...

Hi
Just going to have a lie down. I just spent 2 hours with a migrant worker on something that should have taken 10 minutes.
your idea of being the first port of call for migrant workers should be taken up by the benefits office.

Hi, thank you for your post. As we know the need for this kind of assistance is needed we are also aware that when clients attend your departments that they have a right not to attend our offices if they wish to deal with your agency direct.
We are here to assist in applications and sign post people to the correct service providers.

We would recommend that our services are offered to your clients whislt remembering that they have right of refusal and still have the right to come to your organisation direct. It is not mandatory that people attend our organisation as the first port of call, although we have the time to spend with clients and assist them to get all their paperwork in order to assist Clients such as you mentioned and are still a voluntary organisation.
