Hi, thank you for your post. As we know the need for this kind of assistance is needed we are also aware that when clients attend your departments that they have a right not to attend our offices if they wish to deal with your agency direct.
We are here to assist in applications and sign post people to the correct service providers.
We would recommend that our services are offered to your clients whislt remembering that they have right of refusal and still have the right to come to your organisation direct. It is not mandatory that people attend our organisation as the first port of call, although we have the time to spend with clients and assist them to get all their paperwork in order to assist Clients such as you mentioned and are still a voluntary organisation.
