I don't think he is. I have had the pleasure of meeting him many times and he's a very nice guy..
I'm not saying Polish people are not nice.. hey before I get myself into trouble why you asking anyway?
Does it matter if he is Polish....I don't think so.

No.. Falkirk Council is currently under the control of the Labour party with a very small majority. from memory I think its one or two, but i'm sure someone can clarify that for you.
