I have a lithuanian neighbour who is going to be evicted from his flat. Is he eligible for council housing, if so how does he go about applying and how long will he have to wait to get re housed.

The Icf can on your behalf make your homeless sapplication.
Please call our office for an appointment ot pop in during opening hours.
We will help you complete your application and forward it to the Accomodation resource center (ARC)
who will then evaluate your needs and act accordingly.
